  • The Sound of My Heart

WOW! I love Ella's books. She always hooks you with something you weren't expecting in the first chapter. Can't wait to re-read the Thieves series with the recently released 4th book!

  • The Pants of Perspective: One Woman's 3,000 Kilometre Running Adventure through the Wilds of New Zealand

    By Anna McNuff
    4 stars

A raw and honest account of someone brave enough to tackle their hopes and dreams. The audio book is brilliant! The author narrates it herself, which always makes me wary as most authors are not nearly as good at narrating as they are at writing. But McNuff really nails it! Engaging, entertaining and fun from the first to the last second.

Beautiful New Zealand picture book. Heaps of extra details to spot. Look out for the taniwha and tractors in the details.

  • A Different Kind of Power

    By Jacinda Ardern

A great audio book. I loved that it was in her own voice. Easy to listen to, and so inspiring, heart breaking, and confirming all at the same time. Great to hear the self doubts and nerves from someone who we've seen on TV seemingly confident. As an IVF and infertility club member I know what she went through and I'm so sorry she wasn't able to be supported by those also in the same boat because of her public role. I highly recommend this book .
