Gallows Bridge

Gallows Bridge is the final book of the Series. It wraps everything up neatly. Well if neatly includes squid game style violence and spine tingling spice that leaves you questioning if you are okay. But seriously, it's a lip-smackingly satisfying ending. Another triumphant series by the twisted sisters.
Paradise Lagoon

This was the darkest of the books so far, but was also the spiciest and had enough golden flakes of humour sprinkled through to make sure the reader is okay. The cliffhanger in this one was really rough though! Not for the fainthearted.
Carnival Hill

This book starts to wrap up some of the threads that have been hanging over us in the first two books. It leaves us with a horrible cliffhanger, but a thread of hope that things might work out eventually. All of this while knowing readers will go on a serious rollercoaster of emotions before getting there! It was certainly addictive
Dean Man's Isle

This is the second book in a series. It certainly heats up, and you can see where the series is heading! Dark, but fun.
Brimstone

This was the sequel to Callie Hart's fantastic Quicksilver. Unfortunately I found this one a little slower, and not quite as riveting. I still enjoyed her world building, but the characters were somehow flatter this time, and there were too many places where readers were left in the dark despite characters knowing what was going on. Hence 3 stars, where quicksilver was 5 for me!
