Quirky, funny New Zealand play that began it's life as a devised work for two actors. Rural NZ in all it's glory - the developer versus the locals. Great fun.
This is the fifth book in the Thursday Murder Club series. It's funny, got great twists and turns and a dash of pathos as well. I really like how this series celebrates elderly people and their skills rather than relegating them to stereotypes and invisibility. Lovely characters.
Easy holiday read. A bit slushier than my normal read but had a touch of humour at times which broke up the mush.
Great holiday read. Just a bit of supernatural to go along with the Scottish setting. My inner feminist was yelling a lot during the reading, so be warned!
This is the second book from these authors. Love the stories! Light hearted and humorous but with a gritty edge that keeps you guessing 'whodunnit'. Easy read.
