    This pukapuka is set in Tāmaki Makaurau and the surrounding North Shore suburbs up to Mangawhai. During the murder investigation, I loved reading and feeling the tension between the two main characters DS Bandara and Constable Stark. The writer was able to craft a narrative that left the reader wondering right to the end, who had committed the crimes? What a blessing as the short chapters made the pukapuka an easy read. The introduction of a new team crime fighting member was also a welcome addition to the storyline. Finally, I am looking forward to reading the next instalment of the crime fighting trio in Aotearoa.
