  • Tusiata Avia

By Giving Birth To My Father
    5 stars

In reading this book that seemed a combination of poetry and prose, I felt my heart break for the author and then had it remade later on. It is an incredibly poignant and evocative journey of the grief that comes from losing a pivotal person in your life (in this case her father). Tears and smiles will come from reading this.
