Loved it! Love Catherine Chidgey. Heard her speaking about the novel at the AWF where she said it is the third in a trilogy; "Remote Sympathy", "Wish Child" and this one. Different versions of the danger of "Othering". She is a national treasure.
Station Eleven

Read this with a view to teaching in Yr 12 next year. Complex and beautifully written. Post plague dystopian world where a bunch of musicians and actors are travelling through the landscape because "Survival is insufficient". Several interweaving stories and metaphorical allusions make this a novel which would be very rewarding to teach.
